As an old fashioned hometown bakery,  we do not consider ourselves to be on the same level as the "Cake Boss", but  we do try to accommodate special request.  The Baker does all of the decorating by free hand.   

Sorry but we do not put photos on the top of a cake nor do we make sculptured cakes.

Ordering timelines are the same as for our other cakes.

WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE ORDER 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR FRESHLY BAKED MADE-TO-ORDER CAKE.   Please either come to the Bakery to place your order or you can place your order by phone with one of our employees , BUT PLEASE do not leave your order on our voice mail.

We do keep a small quantity of cupcakes in our pastry case.   The cupcake decorations, however, may vary daily. 

We also offer Holiday themed cupcakes

Since we are making a wide selection of products with a variety of flours, we do not consider ourselves to be a gluten-free bakery. 

Therefore, we do not offer Gluten-Free cakes, pies or cupcakes.

We do sell GF Chocolate Whoopies and GF Chocolate Chip Cookies,  which we bring in prepackaged,  from a company called

CAKE FLAVOR: Chocolate, Yellow, Marbled, Red Velvet or Carrot (sorry but we do not bake carrot sheet cakes)

ICING: Chocolate Fudge or Butter Cream Vanilla

ADDITIONAL ADD-ON OPTIONS:  Raspberry, Lemon or Custard filling for 2-layer cake.  For All Cakes, A Chocolate Ganache  or Cream Cheese Frosting or Raspberry Butter Cream Vanilla  Icing

We offer Round 2-layer ROUND Cakes and single layer SHEET  cakes.  Depending on how you slice the cake here are the estimated servings per cake:

Round 6" cake    6 - 10 servings

Round 9" cake 12 - 18 servings

Round 12" cake  24 - 36 servings

1/4 sheet cake   12 - 18 servings

1/2 sheet cake  24 - 36 servings
